5月24日晚，由广州美术学院主办的“献礼校庆70周年——《丹青引》跨媒体光影时装秀暨2023毕业季开幕式”在广美大学城校区上演，并通过多个媒体平台向公众直播，再一次刷新广美毕业季这一粤港澳大湾区艺术盛事的影响力。

2023年正值广州美术学院建校70周年，站在新的发展起点，为积极回应新一轮科技浪潮和“双区”发展战略，展现新时代广州美术学院“艺科融合、科教融合、产教融合”的专业学术成果，并开启校庆年一系列活动序幕。

活动以广美大学城校区广美湖为中心展示区域。这里是广美学子的诗意栖息之地、逸兴湍飞之处、灵感汩汩之源。学校通过景观优化提升，开辟了湖畔曲径、林中幽庭，以潜移默化、润物无声的方式，创设了美好的情景与环境。活动利用湖畔区域，营造了艺术与自然交相辉映的美育氛围，创造了生动、具体的毕业教学现场。
The event took GAFA Lake of University Town Campus as the central display area. Here is the poetic habitat of GAFA students, the place where interesting turbulent flies, the source of inspiration flows. By means of landscape optimization and improvement, the school has opened up a winding path by the lake and a secluded court in the forest, creating a beautiful scene and environment by imperceptible and silent means. Activities take advantage of the lakeside area to create an aesthetic education atmosphere in which art and nature complement each other, and create a vivid and specific graduation teaching scene.
活动共分为三个部分。第一部分“照夜白”为多媒体灯光秀。从韩干名画《照夜白》中走出的白马，连接传统与现代，同时有如在黑夜中点燃一盏明灯，也点出了多媒体灯光秀的主题。激光奔马在湖畔转虚为实，真实白马出现并以小剧场连接第二部分“天马赋”服装秀。“赋”文辞绚烂，想象非凡，意指服装秀的多重风格与绮丽之姿。服装秀以摄受共生、解域重构、多维星丛、游牧银翼、赛博唐舞五个小节，呈现了广美服装设计专业对自然的关注，对科技的回应，对传统的转化。第三部分“踏长空”通过一首激情澎湃的《不再犹豫》，将展演引向了开幕式现场。
The activity was divided into three parts. The first part "Lighting the Night White" is a multimedia light show. The white horse from Han Gan's famous painting "Lighting the Night White" connects tradition and modernity, and also lights up the theme of the multimedia light show like a light in the night. Laser running horse in the lake side turn virtual to real, the real white horse appeared and connected to the second part of the small theater "Tianma Ode" fashion show. "Ode" usually contains gorgeous words and extraordinary imagination, represents multiple styles and beautiful posture of the fashion show. The fashion show consists of five sections: symbionism, domain reconstruction, multi-dimensional star cluster, nomadic Silver Wing and Cyber Tang dance, showing the GAFA fashion design major's concern for nature, response to science and technology, and transformation of tradition. The third part, "Stepping into the Sky", leads the show to the opening ceremony through a passionate song" No More Hesitation".

建筑艺术设计学院以“在进行”作为今年毕业展的关键词，传递了同学们思考、研究和实践所呈现的最为日常和真实的场景与趋势。因此，“在进行”展现的既是过程，也是以设计驱动、回应创造性与创新性发展的坚持和态度。
With " in progress" as the keyword of this year's degree show, the School of Architecture & Applied Arts conveys the most daily and real scenes and trends presented by the students' thinking, research and practice. Therefore, " in progress" shows not only the process, but also the insistence and attitude of responding to the creative and innovative development driven by design.

视觉艺术设计学院今年的毕设选题丰富，作品形态丰富：或是贴近关注湾区青年现实状态，或是与农业科技跨界“培育未来种子”，或是对“异常值”的观察以诱发创意的个体优势，或是插上技术与艺术的翅膀焕发奇想，或是站在人之立场对科技“超验”加以批判……很好地回应了“惟实励新”的校庆主题，并践行了广美一以贯之的紧密服务地方和国家，积极联动经济产业与社会文化的传统。
This year’s graduation project of the School of Visual Arts Design is rich in topics and works in various forms: it is close to the reality of the youth in the Bay Area, or it is cross-boundary with agricultural science and technology to "cultivate the seeds of the future", or it is the observation of "outliers" to induce the individual advantages of creativity, or it is the wings of technology and art to shine with imagination, or it is the human standpoint to criticize the "transcendence" of science and technology... It is a good response to the school's celebration theme of "Uphold Pragmatism and Boost Innovation", and a practice of GAFA consistent tradition of closely serving the local and national, and actively linking economic industries and social culture.
中国画学院2023年本科生毕业作品展共 81名本科毕业生80件作品参展，中国画专业涵盖了中国画和壁画，书法学专业包括书法和篆刻。展览现场，根据学生们毕业创作的不同画风特点，中国画专业分为“传统·融合”“生活·主题”“开拓·创新”三大板块，书法学专业分为“与古为徒”“转型拓进”两大板块。展览较完整展现了中国画学院近年来在本科教学上积极面对新问题、强化基础教学、拓宽创作口径的发展状态，拉开了中国画学院在新文科背景下进行本科培养模式改革的序幕。
The School of Chinese Painting presents 80 works from 81 graduates in the 2023 Degree Show. The major of Chinese painting covers Chinese painting and mural painting, and the major of calligraphy includes calligraphy and seal cutting. At the exhibition site, according to the characteristics of different painting styles created by the students, the Chinese painting major is divide d into three parts: " Tradition, Integration", "Life, Theme", "Development, Innovation", and the calligraphy major is divided into two parts: "Learning from Ancient Times" and "Transformation and Expansion". The exhibition completely strengthen basic teaching, and broaden the scope of creation, and opens the prelude to the reform of the School of Chinese Painting in the background of the new liberal arts.
绘画艺术学院本科毕业展览有油画系、版画系、水彩画系共194人参展，涵盖油画、材料与油画修复、版画、插画、书籍装帧与水彩画6个专业方向。本届毕业创作面貌丰富，同学们的创作逻辑呈现多样化。他们重视红色主题，关心社会文化，关注校史校情；他们关注内心，热爱生活，关注乡土乡情；他们热爱文学，探讨哲学，勤于思考；他们关注形式语言探索，追求语言的纯化；他们思维开放，积极寻求跨媒介、跨领域的表达和表现。这些毕业创作充分体现出新时代青年热爱祖国、自信自立、怀揣梦想、勇于担当的精神面貌。
The undergraduate degree show of the School of Painting and Drawing has 194 participants from the Departments of Oil Painting, Printmaking and Watercolor, covering 6 professional directions of oil painting, materials and oil painting restoration, printmaking, illustration, book binding and watercolor painting. The works of this year has a rich creative outlook, and the students' creative logic is diversified. The theme of the 2023 degree show of the School of Arts and Crafts is "irreplaceable", which explores the unique value of traditional crafts. The reason why traditional Chinese crafts are irreplaceable i s that they contain the essence of traditional Chinese culture and philosophical thoughts, and the modernization of these contents i s precisely the precious wisdom that China provides to the world. The exhibition presents the graduation creations of 57 undergraduate students. The students use a variety of media and crafts, involving ceramics, lacquer art, wood carving, fiber, metal and other materials. They combine traditional crafts with modern media in innovative ways. The use of diverse media and crafts brings rich visual experience and artistic expression to the audience. 广州大学城从奠基到现在刚好走过二十个年头。从最开始的工地和稚嫩的植被，到今天已经成长为一片山水树木与生活其间的生灵们共享的生态系统，艺术与人文学院就好像其中的一棵树，这棵树本身也自成系统。一代代的青年学子通过艰苦的论文撰写和智识累积，使学科的年轮得以拓展；而上下求索的奋斗者们也留下精神财富，滋养、荫庇后来者，逐渐形成前后相续、不断进取的生态群落。
Guangzhou University Town has just gone through 20 years since the foundation was laid. From the construction site and immature vegetation at the beginning, it has grown into an ecological system shared by mountains and rivers, trees and living beings. The College of Arts and Humanities is like one of the trees, and this tree has its own system. Generations of young students have expanded the growth rings of the discipline through painstaking paper writing and intellectual accumulation. And the strugglers who seek up and down also leave spiritual wealth, nourish and shade the later comers, and gradually form a continuous and progressive ecological community.
如果美术史专业是大树向下扎的根系，那么艺术管理专业则是向上拓展的枝叶。78位艺术与人文学院毕业生的毕业论文，既有扎实求源，对艺术史经典问题的深入思考，又有如树冠不断勘破艺术边界的尝试；既有植根于土壤，踏实的调研与实践，也有紧随时代之风。毕业生们都以栖居者的身份，从群落中获得滋养，并以自身的产出参与生态的循环，做出各自的贡献。
If art history is the root of a tree branching downward, then art management is the branch expanding upward. The graduation thesis of 78 graduates from the College of Arts and Humanities is not only a solid search for the source, in-depth reflection on the classic issues of art history, but also an attempt to continuously explore the boundary of art like the crown of a tree; Both rooted in the soil, practical research and practice, but also follow the trend of the times. 伴随着工业革命的天翻地覆，人的聚集方式在最深刻的意义上改变了社会和我们本身，以至于人群是否还聚集或者仅是在社会间性结构中的孤玄个体成了思想的焦点。今天，人仍在不停地变换着他的聚集方式，人性的内容也在随之改变。于是我们又回到了席勒的问题“如何在分工性的社会中获得人性的饱满与社会的统一？”美育因而成为一个探讨关于人的集聚方式的问题，进而是人群的转变问题。我们期待并相信，人群因美育变得充满光彩，变得与兽群泾渭分明。
In the wake of the Industrial Revolution, the way people gather has changed society and ourselves in the most profound sense, so much so that the question of whether people still gather or are isolated individuals in the intersocial structure has become the focus of thought. Today, men are still changing the way they gather, and the content of human nature is changing with it. So we come back to Schiller's question, "How can we obtain the fullness of humanity and the unity of society in a society of division?" Aesthetic education thus becomes a question about the gathering mode of human beings, and then the transformation of human beings. We expect and believe that by aesthetic education the crowd becomes radiant and distinct from the herd.
